They have clinics in Norwich, Great Yarmouth and have recently launched a new clinic in Colchester.

Bigfork were tasked with increasing traffic and the number of enquiries generated through the website, we employed a combination of search engine optimisation (SEO), pay per click advertising (PPC) and website conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Diamond Skin Care already had a website that was working well for them, but they wanted it to work harder. That’s where we came in, by first conducting a full site audit. We used our findings to optimise the website content for both search and the customers. To increase the number of enquiries through the website we offered guidance on how best to optimise the customer funnel and implemented these changes.
We backed up the onsite work with a Google PPC campaign that was broken down into a number of campaigns targeting each service provided by Diamond Skin Care, to ensure high relevancy and to maximise the budget.
Using the latest data collected from search and paid traffic, both the website and the PPC campaigns were continually reviewed and fine-tuned, to further increase traffic and enquiries generated through the website.
