My Fish Delivery

A fast, new online shop for 'lockdown'.

Brown & May supply the catering industry with a variety of food products, specialising in fresh fish, frozen fish and seafood. During the Covid-19 lockdown, they wanted to expand their offering to deliver products to the public, so appointed Bigfork as the website design agency, to develop the My Fish Delivery online shop.

Working with their existing branding, we produced clear and image driven design concepts using appealing food photography to encourage sales.

Behind the scenes our team built the website in Wordpress as the content management system (CMS) with WooCommerce for the ecommerce element.

This system made it easy for Brown & May to maintain products and pages, as well as offering a simple order and fulfilment process. WooCommerce has many built-in features and add-ons that offer an efficient and speedy build.

The new website gives Brown & May a flexible platform with the ability to expand their product range and page content as the business develops.

In less than a month the delivery area has been expanded from Norfolk and Suffolk to include Cambridgeshire, a change which Brown & May were quickly able to update themselves through the CMS.

For customers, the new ecommerce website looks clean and fresh and allows them to buy products quickly and easily.
